- date of birth
WHAT WE DO WITH THE INFORMATION WE GATHER
We use this information for the purposes of managing membership subscriptions and emailing you with essential information relating to the club and our events.
We also list your name, address and phone number in our annual Members Handbook. You may request that your contact details be removed from future Handbooks by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard the information we collect from you.
CONTROLLING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We will not share your personal information with third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law.
You may request details of personal information which we hold about you by email request to email@example.com.
If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please email us as soon as possible, at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
HOW LONG YOUR INFORMATION IS KEPT
We keep your personal data for as long as you are a club member and for a maximum of one year after your membership has ended. You have a right to request deletion of your personal data, but this is subject to our obligation to maintain records of current members.
